Commercial Description:
Russet, Ida Red and Northern Spy apples, varieties that do not fall when ripe, but remain on the tree through freezing temperatures, are used to craft our award winning ice cider. Amber-hued, its taut acidity is the perfect foil for its delicious caramel apple and crème brûlée flavours.

375 ml bottle. ive had this one a few times and im surprised i havnt rated it before now. this bottle is a 2008. golden pour with no head or carbonation. aroma of apple, spice, some acid, quite big. the flavour is similar. quite complex and up there with the big boys in terms of cider quality.

375 ml bottle from the LCBO- Deep rusty gold liquid decants from the bottle. Nice sticky legs appear after the swirl. Sweet caramelized apples with autumn spices are the main flavours with welcoming alcohol warmth. Nose is of fresh apple cider, cinnamon, floral. Sweet, thick and warming. A good iced cider if not a bit prohibitive at the price point of nearly $25.00

Bottle. Orange still body with no head. The aroma is quite nice - mixture of tart and sweet apples and some faint alcohol. Oily texture with warming alcohol and sweetness left in the finish.

Bottle 375 ml
Appearance :Golden cider , clear with some fine mash . High viscosity.
Aroma:Good, true fresh apple aroma, slight tart , green and red apple aromas. 6+
Flavour/Palate:- Quiet sweet, sugary character .True fruit character , more of a white , gold apple than red. Alcohol warm and following till finish

Liquefied caramel apples build a scrumptious body...A warm alcohol nudge soothes and aptly cuts some of the lingering sweetness...Not a masterpiece, but a valiant, straightforward ice cider nonetheless...

nice yellow colour, little amber in there too, nice sweet apple nose. Basically it smells like Mac apples to me. Alcohol is not tooo apparent in this one. tried iced cider in quebec this one ranks up there with em

Bottle: Poured a deep dark yellow color cider with an oily texture. Aroma of sweet apple is well mix with some dryness. No alcohol was discernable with some great sweet apple that never gets cloying. I thought it was lacking a bit of the apple pie characteristics that I usually associate great ice cider with.
