Bouteille verte de 341 achetée à la LCBO (Ottawa, ONT). Arôme: Légère odeur de pommes. Apparence: La couleur est paille presque translucide avec une faible densité de bulle. Saveur: Léger goût de pommes avec une pointe de beurre. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps et la texture sont mince. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Dec 9, 2009 Pale yellow in colour. Aroma is fruit and alcohol. Taste is a nice balance of crisp carbonation, fruit flavours and a slightly bitter finish. Very sweet cider. Enjoyed.

Nov 28, 2009 On tap at C’est What?. Pours a clear pale yellow with a thin white head. Loads of small carbonation. Light apple, a bit of champagne yeast, hint of vanilla, dry. Crisp, light apple, but nothing overpowering or wowing. Dry crisp tart finish with a little ascorbic acid.

Oct 24, 2008 Didn’t like the smell - almost skunky, and like most ciders was a very pale yellow.
But a nice tart flavour that really tasted like apples. Not like many of the other ciders I’ve tried recently.
Very refreshing with a dry finish.

Sep 30, 2008 A clear light yellow cider, with a nice fragrant apple, lightly funked, quite nice. In mouth, a light sweetish apple with Epsom salts. Medium bodied. On tap at Wellington Gastropub, Sept. 30th, 2008. 6.50$ pint.

Dec 21, 2007 341 ml bottle. pours very pale yellowish-green with hugh amount of fizzyness and no head. apple and white wine aromas. very crisp apple flavours complament a mouthfeel that is unbelievably drinkable. i could drink gallons of this stuff. a good cider.
