Loads of small carbonation. Light apple, a bit of champagne yeast, hint of vanilla, dry. Crisp, light apple, but nothing overpowering or wowing. Dry crisp tart finish with a little ascorbic acid. But a nice tart flavour that really tasted like apples. Not like many of the other ciders I’ve tried recently.
