Poured a slight brown head, large bubbled and short lived. Brown/black body. Nose of chocolate, roast, rum and raisins, light vinegar notes as well. Fairly sweet malts, light roast, dark fruits, raisins, blackberry brandy, lightly worty. Finish is medium sweet and roasty. Has held up well for its age. Thanks again Steve! caesar (3034), Bunnik/Utrecht, Netherlands

Heavily roasted mocca aroma. Black color, brown small head, no lace. Sweet, roasted, coffee, heavenly flavors. Thick as soy. Maybe this is what Triple Bock should taste like? Soy was present in the beer but not so much that it detracted from it. Smooth and oliy. OlivierMTL (711), Montréal, Quebec, Canada
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Sep 19, 2005 VINTAGE 1983. Bouteille, Kulminator,Voyage Europe 2005.
