80 vintage; Thanks to Steve(hopdog) for bringing this to KSBF. Poured a slight brown head, large bubbled and short lived. Brown/black body. Nose of chocolate, roast, rum and raisins, light vinegar notes as well. Fairly sweet malts, light roast, dark fruits, raisins, blackberry brandy, lightly worty. Finish is medium sweet and roasty. Has held up well for its age. Thanks again Steve!

Kulminator, bottle of 1983. Dark opaque color, hardly any head left. Aroma of rye, mocha, dark chocolate, fruity. Heavy taste of chocolate, bit salty. Very nice.

Bottled in 1983, sampled in 2005 (Kulminator). Pitch black, small brown head. Malts, coffee, port, dark fruit, very complex. Very well preserved. I’m glad i had the opportunity to sample this classic.

[bottle from kulminator: 1983] Poured Black with almost no head. The aroma has coffee, lots of dark fruit, blackcurrant, plum, a little chocolate, port, a some smoke. Smooth body, no carbonation and a little acidity. has aged really nicely. Bloody good beer.

No#7. (1983) Aromas of sour salty thorns? This being older than i am has some serious character. Taste is light coffee goign to bitter dusty fruits, Outstanding for something of this age. RERATE: Kulminator, 1983. No suprises, just amazing.

Bottled at Kulminator, vintage 1983?. Man this beer survived so good. Heavily roasted mocca aroma. Black color, brown small head, no lace. Sweet, roasted, coffee, heavenly flavors. Thick as soy. Maybe this is what Triple Bock should taste like?

Thanks hopdog!: 1975 bottle. The brew showed it’s age but I found it very drinkable. Soy was present in the beer but not so much that it detracted from it. Smooth and oliy.

VINTAGE 1983. Bouteille, Kulminator,Voyage Europe 2005.
