Deep cloudy brown pour, medium white head with good retention and lace. Aroma of banana and citrus. Flavor has these fruits, and adds to them roasted coffee and nutmeg. Very tasty. Smooth creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied.

Sampled 12/6/2008. This dunkel pours a medium to dark copper color from a brewer hand bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruit, caramel and sweet. A medium to light bodied dunkel. The malts are caramel, fruity and sweet. Hops are floral. A little bit thin in the mouth but the flavors are excellent. Good balance. Touch of spiciness. Mouthfeel is a touch thin. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

On tap at Lucky Baldwins. Cloudy brown with a tan head. Sweet citrus and bread aroma. Nice complex taste, initially sweet honey and citrus, followed by a deep roasty flavor, followed by an earthy finish. Quite good.
