May 15, 2007 draft @ Father’s Office - after getting used to all of the DIPAs, this is definitely a representation of an IPA. virtually no malt backbone...pure hop bitterness in the initial taste with a spicn, piney hop flavor. solid...i just think i enjoy DIPAs more.

Apr 1, 2007 Draught. Clear, orange-amber body with a small creamy white head. Toasted biscuit malts in the aroma in addition to grass, orange, and citrus fruits. Well balanced right off the bat with a wide assortment of flavours. Grapefruit and pine intermingle leading into some doughy biscuits.

Mar 27, 2007 On tap poured a hazy orange color with nice off white head. Aroma was hoppy yet not like most west cost IPA’s. The taste was clean and hoppy with a nice malt profile. Only thing that might make it better would be more flavor hops added. Overall a nice easy drinking IPA.

Mar 11, 2007 Draught @ Lucky Baldwins, Pasadena. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Hoppy malty aroma with some hints of citrus. Sweet malty hoppy and bitter flavor with hints of grapefruit. Long bitter hoppy finish with pine needles in the aftertaste.

Jan 20, 2007 Tap at Lucky Baldwins this afternoon. I can’t believe this has not been rated in 7 months!
It is a decent straight up IPA. Pine oriented aroma and hop flavored tang. Not the greatest IPA but certainly good and easy to drink.

Jun 22, 2006 On tap at Lucky Baldwins 6/19/06, this poured a nice golden color with a thick foamy head. Good hoppy aroma, nice floral hops in this one. Also some notes of spices and citrus. Nice bitterness throughout the flavor with a crisp lingering aftertaste. A very good IPA!

Jun 5, 2006 Draft @ Lucky Baldwins 12/05: Lightly hazed golden color with a fluffy white head. Effervescent bubbles flow to the surface. Earthy and floral aroma with some dusty notes present. The flavor was malty with more earthy and floral notes. Hop bitterness in the tail. Some grassiness appears at the end as well.

Apr 12, 2006 Draft at Lucky Baldwins from Dec 05. Gold clear pour, with very nice head retention. Grassy peppery hop aroma. Malty flavors with grassy earthy and a tad minerally hops. Sweet in the middle, and a moderate smooth bitter finish.
