It is not the flavour; because the flavour is nothing that stands out above other beers. It is not the appearance or sensation of it’s effervescence. It is the fact that it is made with natural ingredients without preservatives added. This is one feature that I find nice when you are drinking a lot of beer in a night; when there are all natural ingredients, the hang-overs are way less severe.
I also heard it was gluten-free... but that is not a solid source and I’m too lazy to check into it. frankenkitty (1903), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA

Defined lager yeasts surface in the aroma with some citrus zest and spice (coriander?) along with toasted bread. Tingly mouthfeel with some sharp effervescence stirring up citrus notes over a base of bready malts. Much more than I expected of a Premium Lager. Bravo.

Poured from a bottle purchased at the lcbo. Very little head, off golden colour. Flavour was sub par. Molson destroys another good brew. Definately better lagers on the market. | 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jul 3, 2007 Pours a light burnt orange color. Tasty grassy and toasty with a slight metallic tinge, and light hop flavor. Light bitter toast in the finish. Thankfully absent from all skunky elements, this beer was not bad, but I’d much rather have their pilsner. bu11zeye (5606), Frisco, Texas, USA

| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jun 10, 2007 I wasn’t a big fan of this when I visited the brewery and then again recently when I had a pint at the bar. Strange orange colour with no head made it look very unappealing. Bitter odour and taste and difficult to drink. Sorry Creemore, I tried. JesseM (669), Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, Canada

Aroma is odd, a blend of everything that should be there. Flavour is just weird to be honest, enjoyable actually, but definitely a little unique. I like this one but the smell gets kind of annoying after a little while. I guess the uniqueness comes from the "fire brewing" process they claim to use.
