Aug 31, 2008 437 mL can. Poured a light gold with a fluffy white head that soon retreated. Aroma not too distinctive, slightly hoppy. Grassy flavor, with little bitterness--little finish, actually. Certainly easy to drink, a better than average North American pilsner.

Aug 24, 2008 Bottle- ours light golden, frothy head that goes quickly. Nose- bready malts and some hop spicyness. Taste- toasty bready malts, peperry saaz hops add a flowery finish. Finishes dry and herbal. Nice stuff actually.

Jun 25, 2008 473 mL can courtesy of matt7215. Thanks! Golden color with a big creamy head that does diminish quite quickly. Aroma is bitter pils with some grain and skunk. Very sweet with a grassy, bitter finish.. Very sweet.

Jun 18, 2008 Pours a deep golden straw color with a moderate head. Grassy aroma overall, fainter traces of peppery hops and earth. Pretty full and slightly sweet flavor or pepper, dirt, hay, a sweeter than normal pilsner malt flavor. Good spicy and flavorful hop finish. Beer felt plenty full for the style and had lots of flavor.

May 17, 2008 341 mL bottle. Standard hoppy pilsner aroma with some malt, though a little flat. Nice golden colour, with a decent white head that disappears pretty quickly. Hop flavour with a clean finish without bitterness. A pretty good pilsner, though it fails to make what can be a boring style interesting like it’s lager counterpart. Good stuff though!
