Vinous, prune-like light aroma. Distinct walnut and light cherry flavors. Some cocoa. Medium hopping, some grass. Well done and everything that I expect from an alt. Pretty dry. medium mouth, good fizz. Deep brown bronze. Very drinkable and works with food. Metallic foam.

Draft... Murky, burnt orange lager with a mid-sized, frothy, off-white head. Great retention and cumulus lacing. Both the aroma and flavor are pretty much nondescript excepting a slight metal twang in the aroma. Flavor is well-balanced with just a whisper of chocolate. Light-bodied and silky with lively carbonation. Short, watery finish.
