Nov 14, 2006 Medium yellow colour, has some head..very simple smooth everyday pilsener, good to beat the new orleans heat..good bitters and some subtle flavours...simple yet pronouned.

Apr 14, 2006 (On tap) Pale pilsener golden with a small, white head. Clean, hoppy nose. Medium body with a fine balance between pilsener malt and btter hops. Lovely pure and dry German style pilsener. 270306

Jul 6, 2005 Another watery vaguely malty CC beer only this one is crisp in the finish. Zea’s in Metarie is brewing way better stuff.

May 14, 2005 Tap @ Brewery during a Jazz Fest weekend. Light golden yellow color with a laced white head. Surprisingly crisp in my first sample - fully hitting the spot. The dry musty flavors came through as I worked to finish this beer.

Mar 14, 2005 Yeasty malt aroma with citrusy hops. Good hop sting. Light, crisp, refreshing, long hop finish which is also dry and crackery. Very pale.
