(On tap) Beautiful, clear amber with a small, off-white head. Very limited aroma - perhaps with a faint touch of caramel. Medium body with an immediate moldy touch, which fortunately vanishes rather quickly leaving a marked bitter hoppy finish - and nothing much else really. Unusually hoppy for a Vienna. 270306

Mostly malts in the aroma and flavor, but the aroma you practically have to smell for an hour to be sure and the flavor is so watery it takes away from anything that is there.

Tap @ Brewery during a Jazz Fest weekend. Amber color with strong malty dry flavors. The long maly aftertaste is enjoyable. A light beer in body but plenty of flavor with a nice finish.

Light amber in color with a small white lacing. Aroma of earthy hops. Moderately bitter with a nutty malt character.

Glowing light orange-amber. Toasty malt aroma over raisins. Grassy, green potatoes, seedy oktoberfest flavor. Lightly sweet and nutty. Finishes medium quick and lightly bitter and vegetable.. Session weight.

Draft... Sparkling clear, amber lager with orange highlights and a large, frothy, white head. Malty aroma. A touch floral with notes of milk chocolate and toasted nuts. Decent malt backbone. A touch metallic and just a bit too harshly bittered. There are some very light chocolate and grapefruit and orange rind notes in the flavor. Medium-bodied and silky with lively carbonation. Lengthy, bitter finish.

Beautiful beer, smells great easy drinking, but the flavor is not as full as you could expect. Good, but not great.

Draught at Crescent City Brewery, New Orleans.
Clear light copper colored beer with a small head. Sweet and heavy malt and caramel aroma. Flavor is also sweet malty and caramelly with some bitterness in the end. Grassy notes. Soft and smooth.
