Apr 14, 2006 (On tap) Beautiful, clear amber with a small, off-white head. Very limited aroma - perhaps with a faint touch of caramel. Medium body with an immediate moldy touch, which fortunately vanishes rather quickly leaving a marked bitter hoppy finish - and nothing much else really. Unusually hoppy for a Vienna. 270306

Feb 28, 2005 Draft... Sparkling clear, amber lager with orange highlights and a large, frothy, white head. Malty aroma. A touch floral with notes of milk chocolate and toasted nuts. Decent malt backbone. A touch metallic and just a bit too harshly bittered. There are some very light chocolate and grapefruit and orange rind notes in the flavor. Medium-bodied and silky with lively carbonation. Lengthy, bitter finish.

Clear light copper colored beer with a small head. Sweet and heavy malt and caramel aroma. Flavor is also sweet malty and caramelly with some bitterness in the end. Grassy notes. Soft and smooth.

May 1, 2003 Clear amber with a lofty, lasting head. Slightly watery, though malt flavor/texture tries hard to keep it real. Slightly tart nip in the finish with a lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Overall, not offensive, but lacking a lot.
