This poured a cloudy yellow with a white head. The aroma is lemons and cloves. The flavor contains mostly lemons with a hint of wheat and some other citrus. The palate was a little thin. Overall this was ok but to me walks the line between American Wheat and Hefe.

This is a very well made hefeweizen and is a perfect example of the style, The bananna and clove smell, spot on...the pineapple juice cloudy look, there...this is a wheat lovers dream, a goood wheat in da heat!

(On tap) Hazy orangey golden with a small, off-white head. Neutral aroma, completely lacking all fruity esters. Medium body with a vague tartness and absolutely no fruit. Instead you get some fusty accents. A good Hefe is hard to brew - Crescent City misses by far. 270306

Best beer I had at CC and it was only decent not great. Strong banana flavors and mild spice with a nice creaminess.

Tap @ Brewery during a Jazz Fest weekend. A hefe style cloudy yellow color with plenty of banana and clove in the flavor. Semi-sweet sugars on the palate.

Light golden and hazy in color with a small white lacing. Aroma is of subtle fruit, flavor is of banana and a spicey clove note.

Very light aroma dominated by banana. Hazy. Belgian-style yeast flavor, over a prominent though indistinct fruit. Moderately sweet, fizzy, nice bittering. Body goes a little watery after an initial good mouthfeel.

Draft... Very cloudy, straw-colored ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Good retention. The nose is full of banana and bubblegum with hints of lemon and sourdough. Very well-balanced, tangy, refreshing flavor. Underripe banana. Light-bodied and creamy with lively carbonation. Medium-length, tart and tangy finish. Their best offering!
