FishManLA (182), Abita Springs, Louisiana, USA Apr 27, 2008 On tap at the Crescent City Brewhouse. Foggy yellow color (typical Hefeweizen) with a fizzy white quick-dissipating head. Nose of citrus, banana, orange and clove. Taste was just like the nose: fruits and clove, with an obvious and punchy emphasis on the clove. Spicy/sweet finish. A nice Hefeweizen. jsquire (1899), St. Marys, Ohio, USA May 20, 2003 Cloudy yellow with a strong, spicey nose. Tons of banana flavor with lots of spice to back it up. Spicey clove, corriander and almost ginger. Very traditional German Wheat flavors. Andrew196 (1089), Anaheim Hills, California, USA Aug 17, 2003 A pretty good beer....very typical of the style....clove, banana, citrus, etc....spicy bubblegum edges that became more prominent as it warmed.
