An orange beer with not head. The aroma gives me nausea from sweetness and notes of peach. The flavor is too sweet and too dominated by the alcohol that runs over the tongue. The only other thing than sweetness and alcohol in this beer is slight hints of peach. It’s hard to believe, that I drank two of the worst 50 beers in one night - fortunately it also contained 2 of the top 50 beers.

(Bottle 33 cl) 10% ABV version. Pretty, fully golden colour - bordering amber. Very fizzy, almost noisy when poured, but the head remains pretty much absent. Full-bodied and potent, but surprisingly the alcohol is not THAT prominent. Perhaps the added German aroma hops draw some of the attention away from the booze. Not bad for a European Strong. 040400

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a fizzy and collapsing head. Light acidic and cornish aroma. bitter and malty flavour with a light cornish aromatic note. Ends light alcoholic and cornish/grainy.

Can, 10%. Metal aroma, but almost OK. Clear golden colour. Nice stable white head. Very peppery flavour. Not sweet like many ESLs.

Canned. Golden colour, small white creamy/foamy head. Aroma is fruits, sweet malts and hops along with underlying notes of alcohol. Flavour is smooth malts, hops and fruits while drinking. What happends after swallowing is interesting. A really burning alcoholic/sweet sticky maltyness strikes and leaves in the palate. This burning feeling last for almost half a minute. One of the stranger ESL’s I’ve had.

It didn’t make my Worst Beers List for nothing. Rocket fuel for indiscriminate alcoholics.
