Dec 21, 2005 (12oz bottle) Clear straw body with medium white head. Aroma is medium sweet, bread, some grassy, peach. Taste is medium sweet, bread/cereal, some grassy/herbal, grapefruit. Crisp light body, light acidity, quite drinkable.

Jun 7, 2005 pours a thin, white head with good carbonation. aroma is light and crisp-mostly malt. Light gold/yellow in color. flavor is crisp with a little sweetness. A bit bland though.

Oct 25, 2005 Diminishing white head topples a hazy light gold dye. Unassertive pils malt requests at graininess to compensate its lack of honeyish and bready substance. Slightly sulfury nature boosts the soapy feel. Light bodied, biting carbonation, rather tart and citric nature that does not please me much, but gently floral aftertaste. Very average ultimately.

Oct 29, 2005 Bottle... Clear, straw-colored lager with a small, fizzy, white head. Good retention. Citrusy aroma with notes of lemon peel and a whisper of chicken broth. Malty, sweet flavor up front followed by very litght bitterness from modest hopping. Lemon, tea and light grapefruit. Medium-bodied and fizzy. Short, crisp, clean finish.
