| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Feb 12, 2009 Super hazy orange tinted copper coloured beer with a soapy and VERY fast-dying slightly white head. Aroma of fresh malt, yeast, coriander seed and a very nice sweetness. Medium-bodied; Strong yeastie flavour up front with coriander seed, curacao and a bit of spice tucked in. Aftertaste shows some light sweetness and a pleasant maltiness. Overall, a solid and respectable beer. Showing perhaps a bit under-complex for the style, but nothing horrible by any means. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Ramsey’s Liquors in Ramsey, New Jersey on 19-January-2009, sampled at home in Washington on 11-February-2009.
