Pours a cloudy pale to near golden yellow with a nice foamy head. An enticing aroma of Belgian ale yeast, mixed with a sweet malty taste that is (luckily) not overpowering. Carbonation is just right, making this golden ale easy to drink, Enjoyable, albeit a very loose interpretation of any sort of Belgian ale.

Bottle. Pours orange with an off white head. Sweet malty aroma with some fruity and yeasty notes. Similar flavor. Not bad.

From a bottle poured a copper color with a fair amount of head. Nice sweet maly flavor with a quick finish.

Situation: Near completion of degrassing the swingset, after a trip to the pool and the first paint coat settling downstairs... a busy day! Glassware: Affligem chalice Appearance: dark orange body with a soft bubbly white head that thins quickly... Aroma: light, almost absent of scents--I am surprised by the lack of anything save the high fruit... Palate: light, thin and slightly fizzy--acidic and rather smooth--easy drinking... Taste: a bit sour and puckerish, approaching a Rodenbach... hints of lemony wheat and citric orange with late soft hops... Overall: clean from start to finish, pleasant--and still trying to igure out the "breakfast" element of this beer...maybe I’ll know in the morning...

Pours deep gold with thin white head. The aroma is grainy, honey and floral hops. The taste is the same as the aroma with some malt graininess, honey and floral hops notes to go along with the addition of a modest and welcome level of roastiness.

Grainy, medium bodied amber ale with the ’cereal & summer’ in the name confused me to what type of style. I can hear the brewmaster saying, "yeah, its a BELGIAN style ale". I little bit vague for a style, I’d consider more of a Fall than Summer beer.

12 oz. bottle courtesy of jcwattsrugger. Pours a hazy gold color with a 1/2" white head. Aroma is mild yeast with hints of wheat and spice. Moderate to thin body with average carbonation. Taste is mild banana with just a hint of clove spice. Also, a moderate wheat backbone. I am surprised this is considered a Belgian Ale, as I didn’t get much in the way of Belgian characteristics. I thought it was a weak hefe. Still pretty good.
