Commercial Description:
Bright over ice. Americas first light cider. Refreshingly light. Invigorating and full-flavored. A clean and cool, brisk and modern cider with delicate undertones that is deliciously bright and refreshing and often served with a lemon slice for a long cold spritzer-style refreshment.

Nearly clear, a small drop of yellow. No real head. Just a couple of white bubbles. Apple skin and near rotting fruit, strawberries? Very carbonated and watery. Rather dry. A mix of quinine and light cider. Not appealing to me.

Crisp. There is some bite from carbonation. Thin and watery. Light apple.

Served over ice. Red delicious apple and sugary yeast. Small bubbles and pale straw. I know it’s supposed to be light, but it’s really thin and watery to me, pretty unacceptable for a cider. Maybe don’t serve this over ice? Sip one, don’t chug two. Hint of yeast and apple skin.

Sparkling clear with few effervescent bubbles. Sugary apple pear aroma. Initial flavor hint of apple and quickly fades away.

Apple cider shared with skyview, Similar to a regular tonic, with almost any coloration in it. Apple flavor, very carbonated with a soft tart taste at the end. It is nice but not one I will try again.

Purchased single bottle from Cellars Wine & Spirits in Shorewood, MN. From 12-oz bottle pours a clear light straw cider with some carbonation bubbles and no head. Aroma of crisp apple juice with a hint of sparkling wine yeast. Taste is light bodied, crisp apple with some extra carbonation. Finish has a mild sparkling wine yeast with very little apple flavor, and then a crisp and clean aftertaste. It has a little more carbonation than I am used to. Since this is a light apple cider, it is what it is.

Single bottle buy from the Binny-apostrophe-s Beverage Depot in Orland Park, Illinois, USA. There is practically no color to this cider, making it look like a glass of tonic water. It actually has a clean, fresh sweet apple aroma, but unfortunately there is more carbonation than flavor to this drink. Way too gassy. One was enough.
