| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Jun 15, 2008 Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. An orange-red beer with a decent pinkish white head. Citric, sourish and fruity aroma failing to raise my interest. The flavor isn’t much to brag about either, slightly better though, but still too boring. Citrusy sourness and some berries. Rather astringent, medium body, and a finish that is very sour, not letting other flavors do much. A decent beer, nothing more. Would also like the cherries to be more evident, and the beer lacks complexity. (080412) fonefan (11888), VestJylland, Denmark

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Apr 26, 2008 Everything is ’oud’ with this beer, even the crappy fifties label. Reddish amber with a small white head. Sour, slightly sweaty aroma with an unexpected sweetness developing. Delicious sour taste with no astringency, plenty of luscious deep fruitiness, and a dry finish. Magical. Maria (6326), Thisted, Denmark
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 21, 2008 Tasting at my place. Courtesy of Fonefan. Orange-red with a nice, creamy head. The aroma has notes of cherries and marzipan and the flavour has a light sweetness, notes of cherries, marzipan, light malt and a pleasant berry acidity. The cherries come out in a great way in this beer! Enjoyit (1782), Vadum, Denmark

Pours a clear, pale red with a small white head and a rich aroma of ripe cherries. The flavour is mainly full on sour cherries. I do like this, nice beer.
