I didn’t really know what an ESB could be until I had this. I might just buy this by the case. This was an all around top notch quaffer. If you haven’t had this you need to get it together and get some of this stuff ASAP. Its great! Grapefruit hops, chewy malt. A great beer to drink when you’re having several at a sitting. Listen to me, IM gushing!

Amber color, very bubbly. Fruity/hoppy aroma. Pretty sweet. Pretty strong alcohol flavor.

great beer overall, had it once in a growler. Very sweet for a bitter. Peachy and fruity. good though, i easily drank the whole growler that night. Good amount of hops, though it could be fresher. Rather have Ipswich ESB. better than redhook probably.

Good beer all around. The aroma is delightful: gimme some hops. On second thought, make mine a double! The aroma gives a good preview of the flavor, lots of citrusy hops, with an adequate quantity of malts to prevent imbalance. all told, a fairly smooth beer too.

Had in Cincinnati, found at The Party Source across the river. Rich, sweet roast malt flavor and hop bitter tang hit you at the same time. Slight sour apple after taste. A real mid-west treat.

Not my favorite style but by far the best American interpretation of the style. Very refreshing with a flowery but not over-powering hop prescense.

Weak aroma, tangy. Reddish, yellow color with nice head. Moderately carbed but pretty smooth on the tongue. Quite bitter but good, hoppy.
