Bottle. Pours a dark mahogany with a thick light tan head. Aroma of sweet, slightly roasted malt and dark fruits. Flavor of sweet fruits, nuts, toasted malt, with a bitter hops finish. Quite drinkable and enjoyable.

Bottle. Smells just like coffee ice cream to me, and since I love me some coffee ice cream, that was pretty cool. Sadly it tastes more like a normal amber with sweet malt coming through, but still some nice coffee and nuttiness. Pleasant bitterness arrives toward the finish. Tasty.

Pours red with a pinkish head. Smells of caramel, some nutty hints, some sugar. Tastes sweet and malty with a vegetal finish.

bottle. smell was a little toasty and sour(not a good sign)... poured a nice rich copper color with about a centimeter of off-white head. carbonation was present but subtle, not sharp or caustic. toasted maltiness prevailed with some bitterness near the middle that quickly faded. definitely caramel... reminded me of birch beer but not as sweet. medium mouthfeel, not too much and not too little. the alcohol was just right; i can feel it without tasting it. however, nothing really special. it was nice, but once (or twice) is enough.

Bottle. Pours an amber body with a finger white head. Aroma and flavor is sweet toasted malt, and caramel. This is not very good, even for an amber ale.

A very strange brew, this one is. Really beautiful amber pour, nice thick head, and smells really sweet and malty and also carries hints of dark fruit. Very sweet, almost fruity with lots of malt as well. Pretty easy drinking brew, but not something I would seek out to drink. Glad I got to try yet another otherwise unattainable beer.

12oz Bottle. Noses light honey and stone ground mustard. Color of blended campari and coke, with a rim of off-white. Hazed. Initially, a really heavy set flavor to the beer, vinous in halloween candy and christmas chocolates. Weird spices originating from yeast off-flavors. Vague vanilla and butter. Caramels. Unique, but ends up tasting dirty and unclean. Finishes on nuts and toast. Interesting, but not really all that right. I can enjoy a good amber ale, but this one is all over the map.
