BCA, Westholme, Londis, Goring on Thames, Oxon, 03-05-08 Pours orangey amber with large off- white fluffy head and med’ carbonation, some alcohol and malt on the nose. Taste is malty and fruity with a bitterness at the back of the mouth. The bitterness becomes more pronounced as you get further down this beer, there is also some citrus, I seem to like this better than some of the other raters although I think it could have been a lot better.

Bottle conditioned. Orange color, hazy. Sugary aroma with a hint of apricot. Malty sweet flavor, salty with hints of pineapple. Medium to full bodied, fairly alcoholic.

Bottle. Not a pleasant experience. The best thing about this beer it the appetising orange hue. Very little aroma, some lemony notes. The flavour is hard to describe. It’s like a fruit preserve, with only one flavour. Huge plummy streak, and very little else. This dominates the taste buds, and ruins any chance of detecting more subtle flavours. Never again.

Bottle. Golden. Pours with a massive off-white foam. Aromas are marmalade with lemon and not much in the way of malts. Flavours are fruity marmalade with light malts. Too much sourness. I don’t think the bottling does it justice. Tainted.

Bottle. Some instantly noticable alcohol. This has some subtle spicy characters aswell as some plummy fruit flavours and orange rind. Some how i feel that this should have been a lot better.
