Sep 20, 2008 Cask at The Wenlock Arms. Pale amber beer with a thin white head. Soft tropical aroma with lots of mango/pineapple fruitiness over a lean pale malt sweetness. Fairly hoppy/resiny hoppiness behind a creamy base maltiness. The US hops work very nicely with these biscuity/toasty UK malts. Creamy palate with a lingering fruity/spicy hoppiness. Tropical juiciness. Really delicious.

Aug 19, 2008 Cask at the Grantham Beer Festival. This is a rich, golden beer with a spicy citrus aroma and a full flavour with a deep bitterness with some malty sweetness. It’s almost an American pale ale, and an extremely rewarding drink.

Aug 4, 2008 I am really getting into these golden ales. They make for a great beer to drink when you feel like having a few. This one is a medium golden blonde, clear, with small head. Not too much in the aroma department, mostly citric, floral and pine.. Very crisp palate. Taste is medium hoppy, grapefruty. Very good beer from an awesome brewery. I have to try more of their brews.

Jun 11, 2008 Cast at Cockney Pub. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty powerfull hoppy aroma. Lots of flowers, perfume and grass= Amarillo.
Heavy bitter flavor. Amarillo really kicks in nicely. Creamy palate. Great beer.

Pours light hazy golden amber with a small, creamy, white head. Wonderful lacing. Aroma is great. Wonderful hops, powerful yet subdued. A chewy biscuity maltiness behind it. Wonderful creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is simply so stunning, that 5 % ABV seems unrealistic. Dries out my teeth and the rest of my mouth with a super hoppy touch on top of a stunningly balanced malt base. This...is...officially...the...best...session...be
