Lip smacking citric hops with some good earthy malt and a bitter finish. It’s a Crouch Vale golden ale, does exactly what it says on the tin. Not their best but still jolly good stuff. After a relatively poor run on English beer, me and ChrisO decided to go for this little number. Nothing fancy, just nice, solid, fresh and hoppy. Some subtle lychee and lemon fruit, nice dry, medium bitter finish, very more-ish, and very well balanced.
