had a pint at RIP party for Crown City held at 38 Degrees Alehouse. Pretty close to black color with a little bit of latte color on the thin head. Nice coffee and chocolate mix. Not overpowering. A mild version compared to todays monsters.

Dark brown appearance, smoky malt aroma. Sweet fruity (berries) and smoky malt flavor, slightly sweet winey finish. Average oatmeal stout.

Chocolate in color, dark tan head. It has a very forward taste with a sweet follow-through. The beer is good, but not excellent. I did enjoy the sweetness of this Oatmeal Stout though.
