Nov 30, 2004 On tap @ the Crown City in Pasadena. Poured a light, clear yellow color with a small white head. Light hoppy and ctiric aromas and tastes. Lively body with a dry finish.

Golden yellow (dark urine) colour with NO head (dirty glass?). Aroma of grains and husks. Over-sparged, tannic, grainy and cereal flavor. Little to no hop bitterness. Surprisingly no off-flavors, just lacking. A bit watery with an odd watery aftertaste.

Feb 18, 2003 Clear light yellow/gold color with a thin white head (nice lacing). I couldn't detect much in the aroma besides faint honey. Sweet honey flavor with the wheat component having a faint presence. Tangy tartness. A little syrupy. Moderate carbonation. Sweet, oily aftertaste.
