Aroma of raisin, plum, yeast, caramel, roasted malts, hops, and spices. The flavor is mostly plum, raisin, and yeast, with notes of malt, caramel, hops, and pepper. Medium bodied, and not as cloudy in color or thick in body as a lot of dubbels. Smooth and rich, with a little warming alcohol. Nice take on a dubbel from this startup brewer. mweber962000 (70), Illinois, USA
