jjpm74 (2722), Connecticut, USA May 5, 2008 Pours yellow and fizzy. Smells of dry malt, caramel, apples. Tastes of sweet caramel, some corn, apples, touches of bitterness. Some straw on the finish. An okay lawnmower beer.
spikester (356), Salem, Oregon, USA Jul 18, 2008 Deep gold with a modest white head. Good amount of lacings for such a minimal head. Aroma is sweet malts. Nice flavor for a pale lager. Malty not too sweet with some lingering hop bitterness. Crisp, clean, refreshing warm weather beer. Better than average for the style. jbuzz (406), South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA Jul 7, 2008 Tasting at Three Cellars Milwaukee.
Clear and refreashing. Slight nuttyness with the malt. A very enjoyable Pale Lager. esjaygee (681), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA Jul 6, 2008 Golden yellow. Aroma of grassy hops, corn and some sweet malt. Taste is more of the same wrapped up in an astringent body. Better than corona, but what isn’t? afireinside96 (333), Mountville, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 29, 2008 12oz bottle served in a lager glass. Pours sparkling gold with almost no head.
