| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Apr 25, 2009 Bottled and on tap at several places in Lima and Arequipa - Nose is creamy caramel, beautiful lack body with thick creamy tan head and fabolous lacing especially when it is tapped fresh. Aroma is roasted malt with licorica candy and caramel. Light bodied with overly sweet roasted malt. Non-exisiting aftertaste - same problem as for their De Trigo Hefe.
