blipp (818), Grand Island, New York, USA May 14, 2008 Draft at Monty’s Korner. Pours brown with an off-white head. Malty aroma, mostly caramel. Medium body. Flavor is roasted malt, chocolate and caramel. Pretty good. swoopjones (1179), Buffalo, New York, USA Mar 7, 2008 Growler. Pretty bad one here. Taste like a mix of coffee & cola. Medium to dark amber. Sweetmalts with choclate/coffee flavor. hopson (499), Williamsville, New York, USA Jun 11, 2007 draft, consumers- red, amber, sticky, chocalate flavor. interesting, and one of this brewer’s better offerings. shadey (1343), Rochester, New York, USA Mar 19, 2007 Updated: Aug 22, 2007On Tap at The Office in Canandaigua NY. According the waitress it was 6% alcohol. Dark amber pour with minimal head, even from the tap. Aroma and flavor are sweet malt with quite a bit of toastiness. I’m not sure who chose to call this a Bock, but its basically a kicked up amber. I did enjoy the toasty/doughy flavor.
