May 14, 2008 Draft at Monty’s Korner. Pours brown with an off-white head. Malty aroma, mostly caramel. Medium body. Flavor is roasted malt, chocolate and caramel. Pretty good.

Mar 19, 2007 Updated: Aug 22, 2007On Tap at The Office in Canandaigua NY. According the waitress it was 6% alcohol. Dark amber pour with minimal head, even from the tap. Aroma and flavor are sweet malt with quite a bit of toastiness. I’m not sure who chose to call this a Bock, but its basically a kicked up amber. I did enjoy the toasty/doughy flavor.
