Cloudy charneol colour. Off-white head. Sorbet aroma, with lactic acidity. Good fizzy mouthfeel with wheaty notes plus lemon and citrus. Solid, yet balanced acidity.

May 1, 2008 Cloudy orange with almost no head. Aroma of sour berries, mandarin and caramel. The flavour is powerful, initially fruity with a lot of berries (cherry), going into a very salty and sweaty finish. A really delicious 1. May treat.

Apr 27, 2008 Cloudy amber with a small off-white head. Great funky brett aroma, lots of grapefruit. Sweet and fruity at first, tartness and some bitterness makes it perfect, with background notes of alcohol and wood.

Pours lightly hazy amber with a small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma has cherries, light yest, quite funky tartness and light toffee. Fine, quite lively mouthfeel. Super flavour, stunningly balanced, light toffee with a great fruity tartness. Wonderful.

Apr 24, 2008 Shared at WLV tasting =). A really perfect tart wild yeast aroma, dusty. Poured golden/amber with thin fine white head. Sour and tart but in a very moderate way, complimented by some metallic bitterness / noble hops. Can’t wait for this to hit shelves!

Apr 8, 2008 750ml bottled which was shared at WLV on 4/5/08..... poured a medium orangey light brown with a thin soapy white head.... largely funky, vinegar, and lemony nose. sour and tart. very nice.... flavors were sour, tart, and lemony. a hoppy bitter, and extremely dry finish just cuts into it in the end...... this was really tasty and i can’t wait to get my hands on some more.
