Bottled sample via and shared with oakbluff. Pale orange in colour with strong carbonation. Aromas of minerals, wood, outhouse, and lemon. More of the same in the mouth, with all sorts of wooden, lemony, bretty, and funky notes going on. Good sourness and refreshing dryness. Classy stuff.

Bottle pours straw yellow color with white head. Aroma is lemon, acidic notes, and some funk. Mouthfeel has a lot of carbonation and is very refreshing. Flavor is somewhat tart, some lemon, and has some grain taste. This is a very smooth beer. I was just expecting it to be more sour than it was.

bottle. pours a hazy orange with a white head. leaves some nicce little bubble walls on the glass when you twirl it, not to be too gay about it. notes of lemon rind, a little barnyard, sour grapes, white wine. A sour hefeweizen? Flavor is a pleasant sourness. Nice dry finish. Not overly complex, but rereshing and Quite drinkable.

Bottle at rudolf’s: Hazy orange-tinged brown color with thin white head. Aroma is full of vinegar, grape skins and oak. Nice acidic sourness, light fruits (mostly peach and apricot with some lemon as well). Finishes dry... very nice. Thanks swoopjones
