Bottle. Pours clear amber with a small, fizzy, white head, mostly diminishing with spare lacing. Aroma is heavy malt -grain, hay, straw-, light hops -herbs-, average yeast -horse blanket, barnyard, earth- with notes of cherry and medicine. Light bodied, thin texture, soft carbonation, and a sour finish. Average duration, light sweetness, heavy acidity and sourness.

Bottle. Hazy orange with a small head. Aromas are musty and sour with citrus. Flavours are very tart citrus with spritzy yeast. It is what it is, very good.

Slightly hazy gold color, big white head. Aroma of vinegar or cider. Sweetish taste with sour finish, an interesting balance. Good example of the style.

Pours a beautiful clear golden amber with a decent fluffy white head. The strong, fierce aroma is more like a cider or a brandy than a beer. Flavor is quite strong, mainly fruity with some malty undertones. It goes down the pipes like a tiger on angel dust - fierce, edgy and sharp. Not for the faint of heart!

Hazy orange with a thick white head. Fruity, cellary, some woody bretta. Starts quite sweet malty developing in a superb mellow tart fruitiness with a cellar dry finish.

Bottle. Cloudy yellowish beer with a gently sour aroma and a deeply sour and dry flavour. Overall a nice sour beer.
