It’s nice, hazy golden with a huge head. The beer is very lively. The aroma has notes of sweet fruit, and the flavour has sweetness and a lot of fruits, like melon and citrus in the finish. A nice one. Dedollewaitor (3746), Odense, Denmark

A resturant specializing in excellent food made from the local brew. E.g. ham with St. Bernadus Tripel. This beer is a light, filtered ale, which comes in a rugged champagne-bottle (like old classic gueuze) with a cork and no label. Incredibly fresh aroma, almost like flowers. Spicy, aromatic, slightly perfumed, but with an apparent bitterness. Quite a refined beer. Brings reminders of Popering’s Hommelbier. Read somewhere that this should be a blend of "Het Kapittel Abt" and "Watous Witbier". 280704 MiP (9096), Sønderborg, Denmark
