| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Mar 25, 2007 (Bottled, label has a monk with a female pig in with orange background) Opaque orange with a small head. Quite fruity and crisp aroma with ginger, some yeast, and hints of juniper and orange-peel. Very acidic (imagine citric acid blended with unsweetened apple juice and very dry white wine), apple-orange-fruity flavor with neutral maltiness and low bitterness. No finish to speak of. Pouring in the yeast doesn’t really change anything. Medium-bodied, very acidic palate with quite high and foamy carbonation. Original, but not something I would choose to drink regularly (well, ever)...
