On tap at the Hotton beer festival. Cloudy, orangey golden with a small head. Highly spiced aroma with fruits in the background. Delicious fruity flavours matched by peppery spiciness. Medium to full body. Quite nice.

A very nice beer just a little to sweet. The label is not clear if it is the dark one ore the light one. Also a little dry aftertaste.

(Bottled, label has a monk with a female pig in with orange background) Opaque orange with a small head. Quite fruity and crisp aroma with ginger, some yeast, and hints of juniper and orange-peel. Very acidic (imagine citric acid blended with unsweetened apple juice and very dry white wine), apple-orange-fruity flavor with neutral maltiness and low bitterness. No finish to speak of. Pouring in the yeast doesn’t really change anything. Medium-bodied, very acidic palate with quite high and foamy carbonation. Original, but not something I would choose to drink regularly (well, ever)...
