A small bottle. No label. Only letter F written on red crown cork. A deep red brown coloured beer. Some taste of malts and fruits. Also some sweetness.

Bottled. Dark amber colour with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is some dark dry fruits, mild spices and mildly roasted malts. Flavour is yeasty, quite much sour fruits and mild alcohol. Something between a Belgian strong ale and sour ale. Pleasant.

Decent aroma of malt and fruits, also it’s slightly sour. Pours a murky reddish brown color with a thin offwhite head. The flavor is interesting but not great, there is some sourness, fruits and some residual sugars. The body is medium while the carbonation is lively.

Darker amber brown coloured beer with medium carbonation and a small off-white head. Yeasty, slightly buttery roasted aroma with a light sourish touch. Full creamy palate. Finish is light sour, bitter sweet alcoholic with a herby touch. Very special lovely beer.

Bottle. malt, yoghurt and mango in the aroma. Malty flavor with caramel, a hint of licorice and yoghurt. An upcoming milky sourness. Sweet. Far away from perfection, but nevertheless perfectly drinkable.

(Bottled, the label has a monk and a male pig with a blue background) Dark, reddish brown color with a medium, firm and tanned, lacy and lasting head. Sweetish, grainy-malty aroma with cherry and pear hints, lactic notes, plus some other berries. Sweet and tart, quite distinctive cherry flavor with cranberry and lingonberry hints, and reasonable maltiness. Completely hidden alcohol. Medium-bodied, slightly thin and pretty foamy-carbonated palate. Original, but not that pleasant. In a blind tasting I’d say this is a Flemish Sour - which is a bit weird, as it comes from the Walloon region. Not that far from Brussels, though, so why not...
