First rating. 2005 Bottle from Whole Foods Portland. This B is dry as bone. Nose is very tart Granny Smith apple. Color is quite anemic - a sickly transparent yellow. Tastes very like a Pinot Grigio: mild fruit, esters, a very skin-like tannin dryness. Finish is short and not completely satisfying.
