Jan 27, 2005 Inoffensive but forgettable Dortmunder. Poured a pale straw colour with a thin head. Sweet, hoppy nose. Medium-bodied. Flavours are more subtle than the nose might suggest. Hints of honey in a sweetish middle. Some bitterness in the finish. Reasonable summer drinking. (Bottle)

Mar 7, 2004 Aroma is light, sweet with resinous hops, beans. Light sugar, veggie smell, too. Sparkling clear golden yellow with thin foamy white head. Lacing persists, but soapy-like. Body is medium heavy, watery, with medium carbonation. Taste is mildly acidic and hoppy up front and segways to a light acidic-salty finish. After is light-medium bitter, but rather clean.

Jul 10, 2002 Sweetish, malty aroma. Neutral, sweetish taste with a hint of metal. Light bitter aftertaste, a bit soapy. Not worth buying again.
