Whoa doggies, for something that claims to be low-carb, it sure smells of sugar. Pours a very pale brown, like a whiskey and water with lots of melted ice. No head. Tastes like a non-alcohol beer; that sugary smell I mentioned is nowhere in the mouth. Might compare to a Malto Goya except for a harsh tinny taste. Some undiscernable bitterness is present somewhere. Yet I think this is exactly what the manufacturers… I mean brewers… intended. I think I’ll save the bottle for homebrew contest entries, so that at least it will have held beer at some point in its tragic life. Belch-h-h-h-hy, too. radagast83 (1302), Fairfax, Virginia, USA

| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | May 6, 2006 Bottled. Pours a pale yellow color, no head to speak of. Sweet and grainy aroma. Some wet cardboards scents as well. Watered down malty flavor. Somewhat grainy. Just another great low carb brew. TheBeerOrg (1578), Kentucky, USA
| 0.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 2/20 | Apr 1, 2006 Pours very light yellow with a fully, quickly receding white head. This beer is very clear, it makes me wonder what I’m drinking. Aroma is quite grainy with malty lager yeast and adjuncts galore. Taste is closer to water than any beer I’ve had yet. Bland and harshly bitter, from what might be hops. Lightly metallic with plenty of nasty. Mouthfeel is very thin and highly watery with spritzy carbonation. This isn’t even refreshing. Avoid. trafford (171), Germantown, Tennessee, USA

I’m glad it was the first beer of the night. I know it’s not saying much, but I thought this had teh best flavor of all the low carbs beers, but It still not that good. dwyerpg (2537), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 1, 2006 Bubbly body with a head of nothingness. This is certainly very light, but a little drier than most lagers. Really has to be one of, if not the best low carb beers I’ve had. Above many normal lagers. Smooth and simple.
