Medium-light in body, solid bitterness, tiny bit stale hop presence. Bitterness is clean and pleasant. This is pretty solid, without being spectacular. unibrouefan (124), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada

href=http://www.lcbo.com target=blank>LCBO in Peterborough. Golden colour, oily cream coloured head, no lace. The aroma was sweet, fruity with some light floral hops. The flavour is sweet upfront, grainy, crisp, floral. Bitter mouthfeel, medium/light body, medium carbonation. Finishes with a lingering bitterness, crisp and clean. chonga65 (13), portland, Australia

Tasted smooth with a dry hoppy finish which was quite pleasant. I thought this was quite a good beer which i would definitely have again.. I Prefer Becks when thinking of german beer though. I recon cans are far better for lager these days, as with mayeb some ales aswell. Aroma is grassy hops though minimal and the corny malt is still there. Taste is not bad with nothing annoying me at all, however a bit of nothing compaired with the sam smiths stuff iv had tonite. oh6gdx (9105), Vasa, Finland
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Dec 14, 2005 Canned. Yellow colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Malty and hoppy nose with some sweetish hints. Flavour is sweet malty and alcohol and some hops. Also some hayish dryness in finish and aftertaste. Quite balanced, but a bit too grassy aftertaste. rsans (125), Pont-Rouge, Quebec, Canada

Good colour and nice fluffy head. The taste is malty at the start and then the hops comes through. The taste is typical of a German beer. Pretty good but not great. Not very much going for it. Nothing to distinguish itself.

Pale yellow, decent white head. Nice leafy-hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied. Good hoppy flavor and decent malt character. Clean and balanced. Short oily finish.
