Beer took me back to when you could smoke cigar on a Lufthanza flight and they served DAB. Poured pale yellow with a slight hint of hops and laid out a very nice white head. Smooth taste that is mild yet has pleasant flavors of sweet malt and just a light bitter hop finish. This is a beer you can easily devour one after another. Nice starter for nebies or replacement for macros or just a pleasant beer to drink.

I didn’t know what I was expecting when I started with this one. Its a very nice pilsner. A bit watery but good flavor and is very drinkable.

Re-rate:-
This turned out to be a nice, hearty German Pilsner, besides it macro-brewed stature and heavy handed availability. Poured two bottles into a DAB stein, quite chilled. Bright, sunny gold body with fine, well conditioned carbonation rising to a decent, fluffy cloud of white that held well an messed up the glass. Grassy and spicy, piercing hop aroma with a backdrop of honey and chaff. Generous, well balanced blend of the simple stuff in the mouth. Dusty, haystack malts, bitter grassy hops and a fusion point that gives a light sourness to the sides, drawing on the saliva glands. The body is light, delicate even, and the carbonation soft enough but not too much to stop it being crisp on the swallow. Nice grassy bitter bite grips, good grassy, cracked pepper length with a seminally fading malt flavour. This is quite a nice drop now, or atleast I appreciate it more with a few years beer judging in me. A good Summer quaffer. (33cL, 21/09/07, The Beer Store, Morley)

yellow with clear white head yellow with clear white head. recommended by a german lady at a german resteraunt, sometimes i think germans think they drink good beer because they are from germany but really they make a bunch of crap that is not quite as bad as the crap that generally pervades the US market but is very nearly as bad. So i dunno, dormunder budweiser or something. ok with a meal, this like others i try to like more than regular old bud and coors and miller and michelob and then i do a bit more because of some little bit of hops as opposed to a little bit less than a little bit and now im rambling but drinking a bells expedition and i love that so the heck with this its ok and went good with a german meal and there are much better german beers so ill go have them. i guess my point is some people think german=good, not anyone reading this so i guess its mute or muted or whatever. ps this message was created using 100 percent recycled electrons.

light golden lager, lightish head. Grainy biscuity and honeyish, light floral hop aroma. Very honeyish, drying bitterness, lightly floral, a little cloying.

crisp golden color, clean start to finish without any aftertaste what so ever. Not much flavor here but hey it’s better than bud.
