Dec 8, 2009 Clear amber of color with an off white head. An aroma of flowers, pines, citrus and sweets. A flavor of sweets, nuts, caramel and hops. Reminds me more of an amber ale than an american brown ale.

Nov 29, 2009 Bottle at EsBF09. Cloudy drk grey orange colour. Very small head. The flavour is malty, has a bit of sweet bread. Mild grainy note, no more than can be tolerated because the maltiness.

Pours hazy brown with a small, off-white film head. Sweet caramel and chocolate aroma. Highish carbonation, fine dryish mouthfeel. Flavour is soft, mostly chocolate, some light roasted notes and caramel. Softly hopped. Fine and well-balanced brown ale.
