Feb 27, 2006 On cask at the 2006 Atlanta Cask Ale FestPoured black with a sma;; tan head. Aroma was tart and doughy. It smlled like a lump of pizza dough. Light roasted malt. Flavor continued with the tart doughiness. Sweet from front to back. Light roastiness.

Feb 2, 2006 On cask at the 2006 Atlanta Cask Ale Fest. Pours black. Lots of oak in aroma and medium in flavor. Maybe a little much on the oak. Some vanilla as well. Thought this beer was a little thin (all-grain or extract?).

Jan 29, 2006 This one pours black with a smallish head. The aroma is chocolate milk with some roast. The flavor is slightly sweet and it’s got a good body, but a slight tartness keeps it from reaching its potential.
