Jun 16, 2009 On cask 1/26/08 at the Atlanta Cask Ale tasting: Transparent mahogany brown with an airy light tan head. Aroma of fresh piny hops and sweet toasty caramel notes. Starts lightly sweet and smooth with some nice fresh resiny hoppy flavor toward a crisp bittersweet finish. A nice brown ale.

Pours a dark nut brown color with a tan head. Aroma is malty, pear, and floral. Flavor is pear, malt, and a fruity finish.

Jan 27, 2008 Cask tasting at Sweetwater. Smooth hoppy brown. Pours a brown. Aroma is hoppy and nutty. Taste is malty with some light hops. Palate is a litle thin, though also creamy.
