Bottle at Epcot food and wine. Pours clear. Citrus flower aroma with a hint of dry wine character. Smooth taste, some fruit in there. Very balanced. Really good.

Medium-to-full mouthfeel: dense, pillowy rice and toasty upfront; with some alcohol and rice husks mid-palate; decent, but slightly rough. Medium, rice and soft vanilla at the finish.
