Caramel, some bread and fruityness in the aroma. The flavor is much the same, with caramel dominating, and bready malts and fruity hops playing second violin. Full-bodied with surprisingly good carbonation in the mouth. Some bitterness in the finish, but mostly fruits and caramell. What is there to say? Not much wrong with it, it’s just not very interesting. 090821 faroeviking (6025), BjórtjóðveldiðBjórheimBjórsins, Faroe Islands
