Tap at Pap. I found this impressive. A nice IPA color but with a striking tint of purple added, and for good reason. The flavors take you through a deep hoppiness like SN Celebration, but with added notes of black licorice, malt, chocolate brownie and molasses. These are slight, but darken the effect seriously. Again, impressive.

Thanks to Saarlander for this one via Mystery Swap 2.0. Turbid deep copper pour with 2-finger off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt, fruit, toffee, apple, nutmeg, hops. The palate is complex and rather hefty, with flavors of caramel malt, hops, spices (nutmeg, cinnamon), and fruit flavors, including pear, apple, and berry notes. This one was very enjoyable.

Pours a transparent copper orange with a spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly toasty pale malt and a mild earthy, green hoppy character. Body starts fairly fresh with a light sweetness along with some earthy, citrus green hops. Finishes smooth and balanced with a mild bittersweetness and some peppery hops. A nice California common.

A nice amber pour, long lasting head, lacing throughout the drink. some nice maltiness, but plenty of hops as well, very clean aftertaste, alcohol is very well hidden, very nice brew.

bomber from Saarlander and shared with Illini08. grassy aroma on the pour with an appearance of medium amber and a decent off-white head. flavor is mild caramel malt backbone with some hints of spicey hops and citrus. a solid brew and could easily be a nice session beer.

Bomber shared with Duane. Copper colored pour with a decent head. Solid caramel malt flavor, some spiciness, and a nice (but not overly-assertive) hoppy finish. A clean, easy drinking beer and my first of the style.

Bottle from saarlander via mystery swap 2.0, Thanks! This one pours light amber in color with a small, slightly off white head. Smell is a a bit of caramel and a little fruity. Taste is a bit sweet initially, but then the caramel flavor pulls through. A little thin on the palate, but easy drinking and definitely smooth. As I continue to drink, I notice a bit of hop bitterness pulling through this one. Thanks again Aaron.
