Mar 16, 2007 Draught@Pigs Ear BF 06. Quite acdidc, with some lambic-esque qualities. whiskey notes come through aswell, slightly iodiney. Some slight sweet and tart apple notes come through. Interesting, but doesn’t quite work.

Dec 22, 2006 From barrel Pigs Ear BF. Hazy orange gold colour. Really cheesy whisky aroma, sharp apple. Whisky flavour throughout, and very dry. Nicely balanced.

Dec 13, 2006 From the barrel. Pigs Ear BF. A hazy orangey green, still looking cider. The aroma is spritzy, boozy apple with a hint of whisky. The taste is very dty with lots of tannin. Not much coming through from the whisky cask, just a ton of dryness.
