750ml bottle from Chateau Buffalo. Clear apple juice appearance. Nose is apples, a little alcohol, some vanilla, a bit of cream soda sweetness. Flavor is apples, tartness, tannins dry it out and lead to some fruity oakey notes. Tartness is mostly apparent at the start, fading as tannins take over. A bit watery but OK
