tomer (162), Israel Jul 18, 2008 Draugthat the brewery. Deep dark brown but not opaque with some dark red taints, beautifull colour.
Small stable creamy beige head, barnyard nose with some oxidative notes, barnyard flavours with some caramel notes, acompanied by a mellow bitterness. Pleasant sweet and sour aftertaste, medium to full body. Very good session beer, i could find myself drinking this on and on. A malty, rather nutty, aroma with some caramel and light fruitiness. Malty sweet flavor with some nuttiness, light toastiness and a pretty dry finish with caramel and hops. Medium-bodied. A decent brown ale.
